Our Story
Two designers and a developer walked into a bar in Chicago… somewhere between heuristics and happy hour, a community was born.Fueled by bar food and big ideas, we swapped stories about the industry, the job market, and the potential in this city. We wanted a space where designers could connect, share knowledge, and make sense of an ever-changing field.So, we built it—one event at a time.We powered through COVID, helped designers find clarity in their careers, and supported the next generation of design leaders. Today, that same spirit of connection, community, and collaboration fuels us.
